Apple in Culver City is seeking an Associate Account Manager to support ad campaigns and sponsorships across Apple’s Ad Sales business. You’ll partner with Account Managers and Client Partners from pre-sale planning through post-campaign reporting to help campaigns come to life.

This role offers growth into a full Account Manager, with exposure to media planning, campaign operations, and client-facing responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years of directly applicable Ads experience.
• Foundational knowledge of digital advertising; eager to develop media planning and account management skills.
• Strong analytical skills; proficient in Excel or similar tools.
• Excellent organizational and client service/communication abilities.
• Comfort working with numbers and multi-tasking under deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Support Account Managers and Client Partners in developing media plans and preparing RFP responses.
• Assist with campaign setup, asset collection, operations/trafficking coordination, and delivery with internal teams.
• Help manage insertion orders, creative approvals, and asset delivery to ensure timeliness.
• Monitor campaign pacing and flag delivery issues early; collaborate to resolve.
• Compile in-flight and post-campaign reporting and translate data into client insights.
• Serve as day-to-day support for internal partners and later for agencies/clients.
• Uphold Apple’s standards of service, creativity, and execution.
