Fusion Solutions is a dynamic, fast-paced, privately held technology company in the Financial Services market looking for an Associate Account Manager to help secure existing customer revenue and assist our sales and marketing efforts to expand our client base.

We deliver innovative high-quality products and solutions that enable our clients to visualize, manipulate, interpret, and utilize real-time data and content. Job Objective:
Responsible for meeting the Company’s annual revenue retention quota for existing customer accounts in the assigned territory. Through strategic account management planning, diligent time management, meticulous process management, and excellent communication skills, the Associate Account Manager will be expected to deliver unparalleled customer relationship management. This high-touch, white-glove approach to customer onboarding, implementation, and ongoing satisfaction will be imperative to customer retention and the success of this position. Identifies, qualifies, develops, and closes new business opportunities within defined territory and client segments.

Responsibilities:

  1. Works closely with Sales Manager to maintain a strategic account management plan which details goals and expectations, frequency of events, timelines, and outcomes.
  2. Engages with all new accounts and assists with initial onboarding and implementation.
  3. Establishes regular touch points with new and existing customers to build relationships, identify opportunities, and assess risks.
  4. Demonstrates the ability to carry on a meaningful business conversation with business owners and decision makers.
  5. Works diligently to understand our product suite and how our customers use our solutions. Demonstrates over time the ability to assess customer pain points and how our solutions can meet those needs.
  6. Quickly develops complete understanding of pricing and proposal models.
  7. Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
  8. Properly forecasts monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue numbers for assigned territory.
  9. Maintains accurate records in CRM of all customer account activities including calls, presentations, support tickets, and follow-up activities within their assigned territory.
  10. Effectively demonstrates and presents products and solutions to prospects when appropriate.
  11. Follows feedback mechanisms from customers and partners to the Sales Manager.
  12. Provides feedback to the Sales Manager on any upsell opportunities.
  13. When appropriate, accurately qualifies and prepares for customer demonstrations and presentations and engages support from technical staff and Sales Manager.
  14. Gathers input from other departments in preparing customer-facing materials and any outbound technical specification sheets.
  15. Provide input and assist with company marketing plans and materials as needed.
  16. Self-starter who operates under moderate supervision and works remotely from a home office.
