Job Objective:
Responsible for meeting the Company’s annual revenue retention quota for existing customer accounts in the assigned territory. Through strategic account management planning, diligent time management, meticulous process management, and excellent communication skills, the Associate Account Manager will be expected to deliver unparalleled customer relationship management. This high-touch, white-glove approach to customer onboarding, implementation, and ongoing satisfaction will be imperative to customer retention and the success of this position. Identifies, qualifies, develops, and closes new business opportunities within defined territory and client segments.
