Location: Remote | Supporting our Gainesville, GA Branch | Book Focus: Franchised Dealerships, Construction, Manufacturing & Distribution, Cyber
Role Summary: Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team, Producer, and/or assigned group of accounts. Work with minimal supervision from an Account Manager, Account Executive, or Producer, ensuring standards are met and liabilities are minimized. Independently resolve customer service issues and manage smaller or less complex accounts.
