Job Title: Account Manager Associate - Commercial Lines

Location: Remote | Supporting our Gainesville, GA Branch | Book Focus: Franchised Dealerships, Construction, Manufacturing & Distribution, Cyber

About the Role: Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team, Producer, and/or assigned group of accounts. Work with minimal supervision from an Account Manager, Account Executive, or Producer, ensuring standards are met while minimizing liability from errors and omissions. Independently resolve moderate customer service issues and manage smaller or less complex accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain technical competence and industry expertise.
• Assist in directing daily activities and workflow of team support staff.
• Handle customer service requests, policy administration, billing, claims, and coverage analysis.
• Manage policy expirations and renewals.
• Conduct client research, prepare submissions, evaluate and negotiate coverages and pricing, and follow up for policy issuance.
• Process tasks accurately within required timeframes.
• Review contracts to ensure proper coverage.
• Monitor reports and follow up on delinquent accounts.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms.
• Ensure timely completion of activities and maintain communication with the team.
• Deliver excellent service, anticipate needs, and respond promptly.
• Stay updated on company policies and procedures.
• Seek continuous improvement and demonstrate integrity and leadership.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

• 7+ years of customer service experience in insurance.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active licensing required; professional designation preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
