Job summary

Artech Academy in Minneapolis, MN is seeking ambitious, early-career professionals for a full-time paid training program in business development, sales, and account management. You will learn recruiting fundamentals, sales skills, and how to work with Fortune 500 clients while earning a base salary and aggressive commissions from day one.

This hybrid role requires four days onsite at our Minneapolis office and one day remote, with benefits and a start toward a long-term career with a leading
