The Associate Account Manager will work with the team to manage the daily activities between retailers and the cross-functional teams at High Life. This individual will be responsible for assisting in management of day-to-day operations of retailers with a range of tasks that are operational, strategic, analytical, and relationship oriented. This role requires a high level of adaptability as responsibilities may evolve based on changing business needs and priorities.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Item Set-up Process between Retailers, Sales, Production and Operations/Replenishment
• Facilitate Sample Requests – ordering, tracking, communicating directly with retailers (Buyer Samples, Marketing Samples, PDP Samples)
• Own weekly reporting to provide analysis and insights that drive actionable business results
• Analyze results from new items, promotions or special events
• Lead Digital Asset upload for product content and images
• Maintain accurate documentation for product assortment
• Cross-Team Collaboration working closely with production, operations, digital, design and planning to ensure seamless execution of retail requirements
• Vendor performance measurement and troubleshooting
• Digital Scorecard ownership and maintenance
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and drive efficiencies

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience: Multiple years working at and/or with retailers
• Detail oriented, self-starter with strong organizational skills
• High level of confidence working with retailers and communicating effectively at all levels
• Experience with retail systems
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills with strong business acumen
• High level of experience and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Circana and SAP a plus
