City Wide Facility Solutions Boston is seeking an Associate Account Manager to support and grow client relationships within our managed facility services model. This developmental role provides hands-on exposure and a clear path toward an Account Manager position with $100K+ OTE.

After training, you will be a key contact for clients, coordinating with internal teams and Account Managers. The role suits someone with strong customer service or junior sales experience who wants to deepen

Qualifications

• Candidates should have customer service or sales support experience.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and stay organized.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Managers and Territory Managers within assigned territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct weekly site visits with clients alongside Account Managers.
• Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
• Resolve client issues in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure services are delivered on time.
• Assist in onboarding new clients and managing expectations throughout the service lifecycle.
• Track client communication, issues, and opportunities in CRM (e.g., Salesforce).
• Support strategic planning and client review meetings with performance data and reporting.

City Wide Facility Solutions Boston is seeking anAssociate Account Manager (AAM)to support and grow our client relationships while helping businesses experience the value of our unique managed facility services model. The Associate Account Manager position is designed to be a developmental role with a path towards Account Manager with $100K + OTE. As an AAM, you will support Account Managers and the overall operations team with a variety of responsibilities designed to immerse you in the business. After an initial training period, you will serve as a key point of contact for clients. This role is ideal for someone with a strong customer service or junior sales/account management background who’s ready to deepen their client-facing experience and contribute directly to revenue growth.

What you’ll do:

• Support the City Wide operations team, specifically Account Managers and Territory Managers, within assigned territory
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Conduct weekly site visits with clients alongside Account Managers
• Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure services are delivered effectively and on time
