Job summary

TerraCycle seeks an Associate, Account Management for its Commercial segment to drive digital marketing and sales training for North American partners, aiming to meet revenue targets and KPIs.

You will draft client-ready materials, support partner onboarding, and coordinate with Marketing, Design and Operations to ensure timely marketing, social media, website, PR and operational deliverables, including invoicing and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, sustainability, or related field.
• 1–3 years of professional experience.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Previous client management or agency experience a strong plus.
• Strategic and creative problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop marketing strategies for third party partners and distributors.
• Draft client-ready materials including program reports and trainings.
• Support onboarding of new partners and account planning.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Design and Operations for timely deliverables.
• Manage program invoicing and maintain reports and trackers.
