Job summary

Yardi is seeking an Associate Account Executive - SMB in Raleigh, NC to drive new business for Yardi Breeze, our property management solution. You will build relationships with potential clients, uncover needs, and demonstrate value from initial outreach to closing the deal.

You will engage with prospects through multiple channels, participate in events, and leverage training and certifications to grow in technology sales, with a strong focus on results and client success.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and qualify potential clients in the assigned SMB territory.
• Manage full sales cycle: lead generation, discovery, solution presentations, negotiation, and closing opportunities.
• Achieve individual sales goals through consistent outreach, pipeline development, and customer engagement activities.
• Participate in marketing and promotional events to generate leads and support sales initiatives.
• Maintain accurate sales reporting, CRM records, and product knowledge through ongoing training, certifications, and performance tracking.

About the Role:

The Associate Account Executive - SMB plays a key role in driving new business growth by connecting small and emerging businesses with Yardi Breeze, our property management solution designed to streamline operations and help customers succeed. In this role, you'll build relationships with prospective clients, uncover their unique business needs, and demonstrate the value of Yardi's industry-leading software. From initial outreach to closing the deal, you'll manage the full sales cycle while developing a strong pipeline and delivering a consultative, solution-based sales experience.
