Job Title: Associate Account Executive

Compensation: 1st year expected comp = $65,000 +

Overview:

We are hiring an AAE to join our expanding company which specializes in temporary construction staffing. As an AAE, you will spend 75% of your time learning from the Account Executives how to recruit, place, and manage highly efficient teams for your projects. The other 25% of your time will be spent in the field building upon your relationships with clients and ensuring you have the right personnel in the right positions.

Responsibilities:

1. Recruit experienced general and skilled personnel to join our teams
2. Assist in morning check-ins/handoffs at clients’ location sites
3. Conduct phone and in-person interviews with candidates
4. Manage the onboarding process of new employees
5. Maintain up-to-date job boards of available candidates
6. Coach, mentor, and train new employees
7. Assist the Account Executives in managing highly effective teams for our clients
8. Build and maintain client relationships
9. Attend lunches, networking events, and social outings
10. Develop strategic personnel and problem-solving solutions
11. Communicate expectations between all stakeholders

Qualifications:

1. Bilingual in Spanish
2. Outgoing, personable, and a team player
3. Strong communication and time management skills
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
