As an Associate Account Director at Lasso MD, you will support the management of a book of business (BoB) comprising healthcare and dental industry clients. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting in retaining and growing client revenue, supporting contract renewals, and helping drive overall revenue growth. What Success Looks Like
  • High Revenue Retention Rate: Supporting efforts to maintain a 99.5%+ revenue retention rate by building trusted client relationships and helping proactively address needs.
  • Revenue Growth: Identifying and acting on upsell and cross-sell opportunities to help expand accounts.
  • On-Time Contract Renewals: Assisting in renewal processes to ensure 100% of contracts are renewed without disruption.
  • Proactive Account Management: Supporting early issue detection and resolution through consistent communication and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
  • Revenue Retention & Growth: Maintain strong relationships with your clients to ensure consistent revenue retention and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Lasso MD’s services.
  • Contract Renewals: Lead the contract renewal process, ensuring a smooth and timely execution while addressing any client concerns to secure long-term partnerships.
  • Client Performance Reviews: Conduct monthly performance reviews with each client, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize their experience and outcomes with Lasso MD’s solutions.
  • Strategic Account Management: Develop and execute strategic account plans, tailoring solutions to meet each client’s unique goals, and proactively addressing any challenges or opportunities.
  • Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure client satisfaction and alignment with company goals.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Regularly report on account performance, revenue metrics, and client feedback, utilizing this data to inform strategic decisions and enhance client relationships.
Required Qualifications
  • 2–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles, with a track record of managing client relationships and supporting account growth.
  • Familiarity with upselling and cross-selling strategies, with some experience contributing to revenue growth within existing accounts.
  • Experience supporting or participating in contract renewals and client retention efforts.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, especially in roles involving regular communication and data-driven performance discussions.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets, with the ability to work with and interpret data.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally across internal and external teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Background in the dental or healthcare tech industry.
  • Background in sales or CS role in the tech industry
  • Familiarity with Metabase for creating data dashboards and reports.
Salary & Benefits
  • Base: $55,000-$65,000 per year (based on experience and geomarket rate)
