The Associate Account Director works in partnership with the Creative and Operations Departments, delivering best-in-class service. The Associate Account Director is focused on existing account retention and growth within their existing portfolio. Their efforts include maintaining strong client relationships, having an understanding of client's program, identifying potential account growth opportunities and developing plans to penetrate these opportunities.
