Qualifications

• B.S. or M.S. in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical/Biochemical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years (or 7+ years for MS) experience in oligonucleotide product/process development or related roles.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee transfer of oligonucleotide processes from development to manufacturing with scalability.
• Scale-up synthesis and purification methods from early-phase labs.
• Lead investigations, CAPAs, and collaborate with CMC, R&D, Manufacturing, and Quality teams.
• Document tech transfer plans, SOPs, batch records, and deviation reports.
