Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.
• Strong knowledge of volunteer management and ability to train/manage volunteers.

• Strong customer service, oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Program Development & Execution: design and implement strategies to engage alumni, parents, and students through in-person and online events.
• Develop and track metrics to evaluate engagement and program impact.
• Lead a two-person Assistant Director team and collaborate across University Advancement and campus partners.
