Job summary

Envision Dallas seeks a qualified trainer to oversee student instruction under TWC, VA, and private pay clients. You will ensure adherence to guidelines, plan lessons, and report progress to Rehabilitation Services. Strong teaching knowledge and confidentiality are essential.

Experience in education and willingness to develop curricula, plus proficiency with assistive technology, are required components of the role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Degree in education preferred or certificated in a specialized subject with a certificate in education.
• Proven experience as a teacher.
• Thorough knowledge of teaching best practices and legal educational guidelines.
• Must maintain a current TWC Certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee training of students for TWC, the VA, private pay clients, and Envision Dallas employees.
• Follow TWC guidelines and VA requirements; assess, train, and report progress.
• Plan and organize instruction to maximize student learning.
• Maintain records and post course reports in a timely manner.
• Ensure confidentiality of student information and communicate progress to supervisors.
