Responsibilities

• Oversee the training of students for the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC), VA, private pay clients, and Envision Dallas employees.
• Follow Envision Dallas policies and procedures and TWC curriculum to assess, train, and report progress.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the field and interpret its theories as required by TWC requirements.
• Stay current through professional development and participation in professional meetings.
• Plan and organize instruction to maximize documented student learning.
• Modify instructional methods to meet diverse student needs and use available technology.
