Job summary

Da Vinci Collaborative in New York is seeking an Assistive Technology Specialist to assess students' support needs and identify tech tools to boost learning. You will work with student teams, teachers, and families to implement and monitor progress using technology.

You will educate and coach staff on tech integration, attend team meetings, and manage session notes and documentation across districts, including travel to Long Island as required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree is required.
Experience working with children with special needs.
Experience creating/using assistive technology for education.
Preferred: Assistive Technology Certification.

Responsibilities

Assess technology tools to support students' needs.
Coordinate with students, teachers, and families.
Schedule consultations at school year or ESY.
Monitor progress and adjust implementation.
Attend biweekly team meetings.
Complete paperwork and records.
Travel to Long Island school districts as needed.
