This role emphasizes education, safety, and a positive member experience within the Life Time brand. Responsibilities include creating personalized client programs, leading stretch and recovery sessions, promoting services, and maintaining thorough client documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Certified personal trainer (preferred).
• CPR and AED certification required or current.
• Knowledge of assisted stretching and recovery techniques.

Responsibilities

• Develop safe, professional client programs to drive goal achievement and retention.
• Lead clients through assisted stretch sessions using techniques like PNF and contract-relax.
• Lead recovery sessions using assisted stretching, hypervolt percussion, and breathing drills.
• Read, view, and engage in required training for the role.
• Conduct stretch/recovery demos for new clients including assessments and goal setting.
• Provide fitness floor assistance to ensure safety, education, and motivation.
• Promote and sell stretch session programs and other training services.
• Complete all administrative requirements for each client’s fitness plan.
• Remain current on certifications and industry trends to advance through levels program.
• Ensure clients feel competent and connected through superior service.
