Life Time Inc. is seeking a PT-Stretch Specialist to support members by delivering branded Assisted Stretch and Recovery sessions and fostering happier, healthier lives.

You will lead safety-focused stretch sessions, educate members on recovery techniques, promote stretch programs, and document progress in member plans. The role emphasizes outstanding customer service, continuous learning, and alignment with the Life Time Brand.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Certified personal Trainer credential required.
• CPR and AED certification required.
• Knowledge of assisted stretching and recovery techniques.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform in-class aerobic activities.

Responsibilities

• Develops client programs for stretching and recovery that drive goal achievement and retention.
• Leads clients through assisted stretch sessions using techniques like PNF and contract-relax.
• Leads recovery sessions with assisted stretching, hypervolt percussion, and breathing drills.
• Reads, views, and engages in required training for the role.
• Promotes and sells stretch session programs and other personal training services.
• Documents all aspects of client programming and maintains client records.
