Job summary

Life Time, Inc. is seeking PT-Stretch Specialists to support members with branded Assisted Stretch and Recovery sessions, helping them feel and move better. You will build relationships, provide educational experiences, and uphold the Life Time Brand.

Responsibilities include designing client programs, conducting stretch and recovery sessions, performing pre-participation screenings, and promoting stretch services while ensuring safety and superior customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) certification preferred.
• CPR and AED certification.
• Knowledge of assisted stretching and other recovery techniques.
• Must be able to perform aerobic activity for class duration and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional client programs to drive goal achievement.
• Leads clients through assisted stretch sessions using techniques like PNF and contract-relax.
• Leads recovery sessions with assisted stretching, Percussion tools, and breathing drills.
• Completes all administrative requirements for each client’s fitness plan.
• Stays current on certifications, trends, and continuing education.
