Sunrise Senior Living is seeking an Assisted Living Supervisor to lead care teams within our senior living neighborhoods. You will supervise staff, deliver direct resident care, and promote our Resident-Centered Care model while assisting with scheduling and daily task assignments.

You will monitor resident conditions, coordinate with families, help develop ISPs, and collaborate with Activities and Dining to boost engagement.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in assisted living, long-term care, or healthcare.
• Prior supervisory or shift leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Sound judgment and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office and care systems).
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Pay Range: 25.25 - 31.65
