Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking an Assisted Living Supervisor to lead the neighborhood operations, supervise team members, and deliver resident-centered care with compassion.

You will assist with scheduling, review timekeeping, support ISPs, and collaborate with activities/dining to boost engagement while maintaining compliance and safety. This hands-on leadership role requires 1+ year in assisted living or healthcare, strong communication, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in assisted living, long-term care, or healthcare
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Sound judgment and problem-solving abilities
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office and care systems)
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support assisted living team members
• Provide direct resident care and champion the Resident-Centered Care model
• Assist with scheduling, staffing, and daily task assignments
• Review timekeeping and support payroll accuracy
• Monitor resident changes in condition and communicate with families
• Support development of Individualized Service Plans (ISPs)
• Partner with Activities and Dining to enhance resident engagement
• Participate in crossover meetings to ensure smooth communication
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and Sunrise standards
• Promote safety, infection control, and risk management practices
• You serve as a working leader, guiding the team to ensure compassionate care
