Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Westlake Village, CA, seeks an Assisted Living Coordinator to lead daily care operations and build a strong caregiving team, delivering resident-centered services.

You will recruit, hire and develop staff, oversee staffing, schedules, and ISP execution with clinical teams, ensuring regulatory compliance and partnering with activities and dining to enhance the resident experience. Evening/weekend flexibility expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in assisted living, long-term care or healthcare.
• 1+ year supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong staffing, scheduling and team management skills.
• Knowledge of resident care practices and regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and care systems.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and support operations.

Responsibilities
