Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking an Assisted Living Coordinator to lead care-team operations and deliver resident-centered care. You will oversee staffing, scheduling, and daily operations while ensuring quality services for residents.

You will partner with clinical teams, monitor resident conditions, coordinate with families, and drive budget-conscious, efficient operations to support the community’s mission.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in assisted living, long-term care or healthcare.
• 1+ year supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong staffing, scheduling and team management skills.
• Knowledge of resident care practices and regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and care systems.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and support operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruiting, hiring and development of the caregiving team
• Manage staffing, scheduling and daily timekeeping reviews

• Ensure delivery of Resident-Centered Care and ISP execution

Pay Range

70,720.00 - 91,676.00
