Sunrise Senior Living is seeking an Assisted Living Coordinator to lead daily care operations and build a strong caregiving team in Arlington, MA. You will drive resident-centered services, collaborate with clinical teams on assessments and care planning, and ensure ISP execution with strong emphasis on safety and quality standards.

Competenze

• 1+ year experience in assisted living, long-term care or healthcare.
• 1+ year supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong staffing, scheduling and team management skills.
• Knowledge of resident care practices and regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and care systems.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and support operations.

Pay Range:

66,352.00 - 88,608.00
