The role focuses on building a strong team environment that respects the school, opponents, officials, and community. Maine CHRC fingerprinting and coaching credentials are required.

Qualifications

• Maine State Law requires all school employees to be fingerprinted and pass a CHRC
• Knowledge of the sport through participation, clinics, and / or prior coaching experience.
• Coaching certificate through the Maine Principals Association (MPA).
• First Aid and CPR

• Knowledge of the sport through participation, clinics, and / or prior coaching experience.
• Coaching certificate through the Maine Principals Association (MPA).
• First Aid and CPR

Payscale for coaching is based on a point system: Min. 4 points $1,903.76 to Max. 15 points $7,139.10
