Job summary

Windham High School in Windham, Maine is seeking an Alpine Ski Assistant Coach to mentor student-athletes and promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and personal responsibility.

The coach will enforce behavioral and academic expectations and work with teachers and counselors to support student progress, primarily in after-school/evening hours.

Qualifications

• Experience participating and/or coaching Alpine Skiing.
• Teach sportsmanship, cooperation, work ethic, personal responsibility, and competitiveness to student-athletes.
• Engage in academic monitoring with teachers, counselors, and other academic support staff.

Responsibilities

• Enforce district and department behavioral and academic expectations of student-athletes.
• Collaborate with teachers and counselors to monitor student progress.
• Assist in after-school athletics program delivery.
