The University of Michigan is seeking an Assistant Coach for the Division I Women's Field Hockey program. This role involves assisting the head coach with all aspects of the program, including training, recruitment, and compliance with NCAA regulations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, coaching experience, and strong interpersonal skills. This position will be responsible for, under the direction of the Head Women's Field Hockey Coach, all phases of a Division I Women's Field Hockey program, within University , Big Ten Conference and NCAA rules and regulations. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assisting student-athletes to achieve exceptionally high athletic and academic goals, on-field training of team and individuals, recruitment of prospective student-athletes and community relations.
