  • Assist in drafting external communications, such as donor reports, newsletters, and social media content.
  • Maintain and organize digital files, records, and internal databases.
  • Coordinate logistical tasks for programs and events.
  • Track program deliverables and manage timelines.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Support additional projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • A strong personal commitment to JOURNEY’s mission paired with integrity, humility, and a deep belief in the power of women’s leadership.
  • A strategic and agile mindset with the ability to take initiative, adapt quickly, and deliver results in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit that enable you to build trust, foster alignment, and work effectively across remote teams and diverse stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, you have…

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with project management and/or CRM software.
