Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing equipment, managing parts expenses with the Maintenance Director, coordinating preventive maintenance, keeping precise records, and delivering empathetic resident service while adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience: At least 1 year as a Maintenance Tech, preferably in an apartment or multifamily environment.
