Under the Wellness Director, you will support assessments, care plans, and medication management while coordinating staff and resources to sustain compassionate, resident-centered care.

• Manage service agreements, physician orders, and EMAR records.
• Conduct weekly cart audits and MAR reviews; manage medications.

Assistant Wellness Director Job Profile: A Steward of Health and Wellness

• Staff Coordination: Maintain staffing and scheduling utilizing modern staffing software; assist with recruitment and training to ensure a robust healthcare team.
• Resident-Centered Care: Complete comprehensive assessments and individualized care plans, emphasizing personalized wellness.
• Effective Communication: Liaise with internal staff and external third-party vendors to ensure seamless care coordination.
• Leadership and Training: Lead monthly staff meetings and daily team huddles, cultivating an environment of continuous learning and collaboration.
• Regulatory Compliance: Manage service agreements, update physician orders, and maintain Electronic Medication Administration Records (EMAR).
• Medication Management Supervision: Perform weekly cart audits, Medication Administration Record (MAR) reviews, and expired medication retrieval.
• Quality Assurance: Assist with incident reports and investigations, ensuring adherence to best practices in senior care.
• Other duties as assigned.
