Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture/Engineering/Construction Management or related field required.
• 2-5+ years of engineering, construction management, or architecture experience preferred.
• 2-5+ years of water and wastewater experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct periodic site visits to monitor construction progress.
• Review contractor invoices and budget status.
• Review work for compliance with drawings and specifications.
• Review subcontracts, change orders, and cost reports.
• Prepare project status reports and recommend release of funds.
• Analyze and comment on construction schedules and documentation.
• Coordinate with Cost Advisory for budget estimates and supporting docs.
• Support project delivery and client communication.
