Job summary

The Lake Club in Wilton is seeking an assistant water polo coach for the summer 2026 season. The assistant coach will work alongside the head polo coach to teach and mentor young players, creating fun, meaningful practices and events.

Practices typically run weekdays 11:00am–2:30pm; games are held weekdays evenings 4:30pm–8:00pm. Red Cross Lifeguard Certification is required before the season starts.

Qualifications

• Must have water polo experience.
• Red Cross Lifeguard Certification will be required prior to the start of the season.
• Enthusiasm, reliability and ability to work with youth.

Responsibilities

• Attend 10/u and 11/o practices, pre-team practices, games and aquatics events.
• Teach proper technique and foster skill development alongside the head coach.
• Collaborate with head coach to plan and run fun, meaningful practices and events.
• Season runs June–August with weekday practices and evening games.
