Job summary

Phillips Academy is seeking an energetic Water Polo Coach to develop and lead a comprehensive water polo program for beginners to competitive levels. The coach will teach fundamentals, build confidence, and grow participation, reporting to the Aquatics Director.

Responsibilities

Create a positive, safe, and fun environment while promoting skill development and a love for water polo.
Plan and lead practices for a range of ages and ability levels, emphasizing fundamentals, progression, and safety.
Teach proper fundamentals, techniques, and provide detailed feedback and performance analysis.
Lead all water polo lessons, practices, and dryland training sessions.
Ensure proper use of pool space, adherence to pool rules, and implementation of appropriate dryland drills.
Enforce all safety protocols, including active supervision and reporting of incidents or concerns.
Maintain accurate records, attendance, and program data.
