The Route Manager (RM) is responsible for the safe and efficient completion of all work for their assigned routes. The role involves approximately 30% office activities and 70% field activities, including record keeping, scheduling, billing, quality and safety checks, and fleet maintenance. The position requires significant driving and manual labor, including washing tasks. Candidates should have training in computer use and be able to learn our operations software. The role demands managing a dynamic team with varied skills, self-management, and availability by phone on workdays.
$52,000 - $60,000 base salary plus bonus structure.
