Our services include commercial fleet washing, retail equipment refurbishing and sales, refrigeration, hood, coil, solar panel cleaning, and parking lot services.

Route Manager (RM) Responsibilities

The Route Manager is responsible for the safe and efficient completion of all work for their assigned routes. The role involves approximately 30% office activities and 70% field activities, including record keeping, scheduling, billing, jobsite quality and safety checks, and fleet and equipment maintenance. The position requires frequent driving between jobs and may involve manual labor, such as washing. Candidates should have basic computer skills and the ability to learn Kept Companies' operations software. Strong management skills for a dynamic environment with diverse employees are essential. Work hours are flexible, with limited weekends off and usually two consecutive weekdays off. The Route Manager must be self-motivated and reachable by phone during scheduled workdays.

Minimum Requirements

Compensation

Base salary ranges from $52,000 to $60,000, plus bonus structure.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)

• Quality Control: Dispatch crews on time with correct equipment, inspect work, answer questions, organize and lead team members, and ensure photos are uploaded into the portal.
• Safety and Environmental Compliance: Lead the team in adhering to safety, environmental, and procedural standards.
• Operational Efficiency: Complete all assigned work efficiently, maintain customer satisfaction, manage emails, coordinate with the operations manager, ensure PO entry, control labor costs, optimize routes, and maintain phone charge.
• Scheduling and Billing: Finalize schedules by Sunday, reconcile daily work, and complete weekly billing and reconciliation by Tuesday 12 PM.

Regular Duties

• Assist in HR activities such as hiring, promotion, and discipline as directed.
• Oversee route employees, including onboarding and daily activities.
• Respond to operational issues, vehicle/equipment maintenance, customer complaints, emergencies, and special calls.
• Lead or assist in monthly safety meetings and employee reviews.
