Our online store, Coma Inducer (Internet Retailer - ComaInducer.com), is seeking a Warehouse Assistant Manager - Team Lead for our pick, pack, and ship operation at our Madison, TN location. ComaInducer.com is an e-commerce bedding store, specializing in insanely soft comforters at affordable prices. Our brand is experiencing high growth, and our customers are eager to indulge in our products. We need a reliable lead for our warehouse shipments. Online retail is fun, especially when you sell a product called the Coma Inducer. No boring plumbing parts here!

About the Position: As the Coma Inducer Orders Lead (Assistant Manager), you'll oversee all aspects of the pick, pack, and ship process. Your main responsibilities include ensuring orders are shipped on time and in the most cost-effective manner. Additionally, you'll work with the team to:

1. Pick Orders
2. Pack Orders
3. Receive Shipments
4. Organize Incoming Inventory
5. Complete General Warehouse Projects and Duties

Past experience is not required; however, if you have relevant warehouse experience, Cherry Picker, or Forklift experience, please let us know.

Applicants Should:

Live near Madison, TN (Greater Nashville area)

Hours:

Guaranteed 40 hours/week - Full Time (Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm)

Guaranteed 10-20 hours of overtime/week in July, August, and December

Benefits:

Starting Wage: $21 - $24/hour (with bonuses and overtime, annual earnings can exceed $60K)

Opportunities for merit-based pay increases

Paid Time Off: 10 days in first year, 12 days in second year

Trip Bonus: $2,000 (tax-free) for a trip of your choice! If travel isn't preferred, a $1,000 cash bonus is available.

Healthcare: 75% coverage after 90 days of employment
