Base pay range

$19.00/hour

Position Details

3rd shift (midnight until 7:00 am), Full-time/Permanent, Monday-Friday, starting at $19.00/hour with WEEKLY pay

Bonded Filter Company (BFC) is a well-established HVAC maintenance company with 60 years of experience in manufacturing, installing, and servicing air filtration products for commercial and industrial clients. Based in Nashville, Tennessee, we serve a nationwide customer base across 48 states.

The warehouse role involves performing production and warehouse functions related to manufacturing, packing, sorting, and shipping air filters and frames used by our Field Technicians across the United States.

Job Requirements

• Minimum one (1) year experience in manufacturing or warehouse distribution. Ability to work in all weather conditions (heat, cold, humidity).
• Basic math skills.
• Proficiency with hand tools (wrench, screwdriver, drill).
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to operate non-motorized hand-trucks safely and work above ground level.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Job Duties

• Assemble supply packets for field employees (gloves, staples, bags). Verify all products to be shipped.
• Pack and prepare filter and frame materials for shipment. Handle shipment documentation and loading.
• Receive, verify, and organize incoming shipments into warehouse inventory.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
