We are currently seeking an Assistant DC Manager at our Arlington, Texas facility. The Assistant DC Manager plays a key role in supporting warehouse operations; assisting in managing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring excellence in employee leadership, KPI monitoring, and timely, accurate order fulfillment and embodying our mission: to earn the loyalty of every customer by engineering innovative lubricant solutions and investing in expertise to deliver the performance they’ve been promised and the satisfaction they deserve.

• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Extended hours may be required.
• Location: 4851 S. Collins Street, Arlington, TX 76018

Position Requirements:

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Three to five years of experience in distribution or warehouse management required.
• Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job.

Certificates/Licenses Required:

Forklift Certification (trained and received on the job).

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Industry knowledge for shipping and domestic transportation.
• Experience supervising a team.
• Computer skills including familiarity of RF technology.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic warehousing and inventory control.
• Ability to train, supervise, and evaluate warehouse staff.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
