This Assistant Distribution Center Manager role is ideal if you enjoy:

• Assisting the DC Manager by managing warehouse activities to support overall operations

Your responsibilities include:

• Working a full-time schedule with flexibility to cover any shift, including weekends and holidays

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Protect company assets and maintain a safe, clean warehouse environment
• Coach and train warehouse staff
• Supervise and delegate tasks to warehouse employees
• Manage stock orders, counts, and merchandise returns
• Adjust prices as instructed by management
• Ensure stock replenishment and organize damaged/outdated products for returns
• Prepare for annual inventory and enforce controls to prevent shrinkage
• Maintain compliance with receiving logs and equipment safety standards

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of warehouse experience, preferably in a managerial role
• Proficiency in MS Office; SAP experience required
• Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
