SitusAMC Holdings is seeking an experienced loan management professional to oversee a portfolio of commercial real estate loans. You will coordinate daily operations, ensure servicing accuracy, and interact with clients and internal teams to maintain high service levels.

The role requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of loan documents, and the ability to drive process improvements while adhering to governance and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance/accounting, business or equivalent.
• 6+ years of industry experience; 1+ years at Senior Associate level or external equivalent.
• Experience in commercial real estate, cash management, loan servicing and escrow management.
• Collaborate with Vice President to meet service level delivery standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsabilités

• Satisfy client expectations by ensuring servicing requirements are executed timely and accurately.
• Perform loan management tasks including payments, payoff requests, line advances and file maintenance.
• Maintain proficiency with core loan servicing applications.
• Independently verify end-of-day work to prevent funding delays and ensure compliance.
• Escalate non-compliant issues and assist leadership with root-cause analysis.
• Promote cross-functional collaboration and timely delivery of work product.
