Job summary

Cooper University Health Care is seeking an AVP to champion operational excellence, regulatory readiness, patient-focused service, and continuous improvement across the organization. You will lead reliability initiatives and drive innovations in facilities management to ensure high safety and performance.

The role focuses on maintenance strategy, asset reliability, and leading cross-functional teams to meet regulatory standards and improve overall operations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive facilities management experience (healthcare preferred).
• Expertise in building systems: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, chilled water, cooling towers, emergency power, and utility operations.
• Experience managing facility projects, budgets, vendors, and service contracts.
• Proven leadership in operations, maintenance strategy, and team management.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, safety, reliability, and continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
