Hoar Construction is seeking an Assistant VDC Manager to support design and trade partner coordination across multiple projects. The role requires strong communication, detail-orientation, and the ability to visualize constructability and manage several deliverables concurrently.

You may lead VDC work on small-to-mid size projects and travel up to 15% as needed, collaborating with architects, engineers, and trade partners to drive BIM-based coordination and project success.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field.
• 2–5 years BIM coordination experience.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks.
• Valid driver's license.

Aufgaben

• Lead MEP coordination discussions and resolve RFI issues.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and trade contractors.
• Develop VDC strategies and BIM plans for projects.
• Support VDC Manager with training on Navisworks, Revit, AutoCAD.
• Prepare laser scan plans and perform laser scans as needed.
• Produce and adjust models for constructability reviews.
