KF is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager in daily operations, uphold brand standards, and inspire the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will manage a 50-hour work week, taking charge in the RGM's absence and driving profitability while maintaining safety and quality. Opportunity for growth and competitive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Assist with P&L management, including cash control and inventory.
• Provide training resources and direction to team members.

• Strong communication for performance appraisals, disciplinary actions and coaching.

About the Job:As an Assistant Manager, you'll be at the heart of our restaurant's success, supporting the Restaurant General Manager by upholding brand standards and inspiring your team. You'll lead by example, training, coaching and recognizing your team to deliver unforgettable customer experiences. You'll work a 50-hour week, with 40 hours at regular pay and 10 hours at time and a half, providing a balanced and rewarding work experience.The Day-to-Day:Ensure consistent customer satisfaction by effectively modeling the KFC Connect Success Routine and prioritizing customer needs.Oversee Team Members' adherence to shift responsibilities and maintain high food safety standards. Take charge of restaurant operations in the RGM's absence.Collaborate with the RGM in assessing team performance, providing ongoing constructive and positive feedback.
