KF in Mobile, Alabama is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager by upholding brand standards, coaching the team, and delivering unforgettable customer experiences. You will lead by example and take charge in the RGM's absence while driving daily operations and ensuring top-notch service.

You will also manage scheduling, training, labor, inventory and health and safety standards, fostering a culture of equity and belonging.

About the Job:As an Assistant Manager, you'll be at the heart of our restaurant's success, supporting the Restaurant General Manager by upholding brand standards and inspiring your team. You'll lead by example, training, coaching and recognizing your team to deliver unforgettable customer experiences. When your team shines, so do you!In this dynamic role, you'll take charge of daily operations in the Restaurant General Manager's absence, making key decisions and driving the team toward excellence. We believe in having fun while embracing personal challenges and growth opportunities. You'll work a 50-hour week, with 40 hours at regular pay and 10 hours at time and a half, providing a balanced and rewarding work experience.The Day-to-Day:Ensure consistent customer satisfaction by effectively modeling the KFC Connect Success Routine and prioritizing customer needs.Oversee Team Members' adherence to shift responsibilities and maintain high food safety standards. Take charge of restaurant operations in the RGM's absence.Collaborate with the RGM in assessing team performance, providing ongoing constructive and positive feedback.
