Job summary

KF is seeking an Assistant Manager in Phoenix, AZ to support the Restaurant General Manager and guide a team to deliver unforgettable customer experiences. You’ll manage daily operations in the RGM’s absence, train and coach staff, and uphold brand standards while promoting equity and belonging.

The position offers a 50-hour week with 40 hours at regular pay and 10 hours at time and a half, plus an array of benefits including vacation, medical coverage from day 1, and career development

You'll work a 50-hour week, with 40 hours at regular pay and 10 hours at time and a half, providing a balanced and rewarding work experience.The Day-to-Day:Ensure consistent customer satisfaction by effectively modeling the KFC Connect Success Routine and prioritizing customer needs.Oversee Team Members' adherence to shift responsibilities and maintain high food safety standards. Take charge of restaurant operations in the RGM's absence.Collaborate with the RGM in assessing team performance, providing ongoing constructive and positive feedback.
