Responsibilities

• Leadership—conduct driver meetings, mentor, motivate, ride-alongs, and train staff.
• Team management—participate in interviewing, hiring, training, performance reviews and recognition.
• Operational management—balance routes, dispatch, assign equipment, schedule backhauls.
• Regulatory oversight—ensure compliance with DOT, Federal, State, and local regulations.
• Route coverage—manage coverage during vacations and absences.
