Job summary

Greenbush Logistics Inc. in Northern Kentucky seeks a on-site Logistics Coordinator to optimize driver schedules, manage loads, and handle payroll and invoicing. The role supports timely deliveries, compliance, and accurate record-keeping within a family-owned freight management team.

You will coordinate with safety and accounting, submit driver logs, and ensure efficient utilization of operating hours across our fleet.

Responsibilities

• Ensure drivers begin their day on time and are at their first load/delivery location as early as possible to maximize operating hours.
• Monitor driver’s In-Transit status to ensure appointment times are met and loads without specific appointments are handled efficiently.
• Ensure route lines are compliant with the respective trip.
• Ensure loaded and empty calls are transmitted successfully.
• Monitor and correct all satellite errors in the system.
• Record and track driver statuses for PTO/Vacations/PML, etc.
• Process driver payroll in Interactive Settlements.
• Collect and submit driver logs to the Safety team.
• Build sales orders through Load Management Central.
• Track quarterly Fuel, Idle, and Safety Bonuses.
• Monitor uniform program and communicate issues.
• Process Outside Carrier rates and generate Load Confirmation Sheets.
• Track and record Outside Carrier Loaded/Empty calls.
• Scan and submit Outside Carrier invoices to A/P at corporate headquarters.
• Organize and maintain file system for trucking records.
• Initiate, review, and submit daily Invoice Edits.
