Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Five years of directly related work experience leading teams or facilitating training in a relevant field.
• Proven computer literacy including MS Office and Windows.
• Demonstrated behaviors aligned with technical training values and company policies.
• Ability to understand and apply verbal and written safety-related instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on training and simulations, proctor standardized assessments, and collaborate with supervisors to address skill gaps.
• Facilitate interactive classroom and computer-based training sessions using activities and discussions to improve retention.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance and assessment results in the LMS.
• Participate in train-the-trainer programs and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Training is delivered both in classrooms and hands-on through simulation and field settings, ensuring engagement and adherence to regulatory and internal standards. Additionally, the role evaluates on-the-job performance using predefined assessments to confirm safe and effective skill application, contributing to a collaborative and capable workforce. Actual base pay is determined by experience, qualifications, skills and other job-related factors.
