Job Description

GSH is currently looking to add an Assistant Technical Facility Manager for our client located in New York, NY.

GSH is seeking an individual responsible for the day-to-day operations of all facility needs. The candidate will report to the Regional Manager and work closely with the client’s team to ensure the facility operates at the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with internal and external clients
• Log calls into the CMMS and PO systems
• Manage the CMMS
• Communicate with vendors and manage vendor relationships
• Schedule all maintenance work
• Oversee hard and soft services, including cleaning contracts, security, and mechanical/electrical/building maintenance
• Manage emergency call-out systems, security, and alarm responses
• Ensure fire safety procedures and compliance
• Maintain site security
• Perform specific tasks as directed by the client
• Monitor and adjust BMS systems
• Keep accurate records
• Oversee energy usage and related projects
• Manage projects in line with client requirements
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and good working practices

Key Skills:

• Excellent client communication and concierge service skills
• Minimum of 5 years of facility management experience
• Experience in facilities or office services departments
• Knowledge of health and safety management
